 How can I book a car with chauffeur with Belga Mobility ?

Reservations are made :

Within 3 hours of your quote request, we will send you our price offer for the requested service. You are then invited to confirm your reservation by making the payment on our secure page.

 Does Belga Mobility offer an international service ?

We offer a car hire service with private chauffeur throughout Belgium and Europe.

 Can I order a service for several days ?

Yes. We invite you to request a quote and tell us your personal expectations.

 What are the cancellation conditions ? *

If a service agreement is cancelled, the following cancellation fees are payable by the client –

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service time, the full reservation amount will be charged.
  • For a service during a special event (weddings, New Year, customized services, etc.) cancellation fees are 100% exhausted if it occurs 2 weeks before the event.

 How can I get an invoice ?

All invoices are sent by email. If you make the request when booking, we can hand you a copy during your trip with us.

 Is it possible to make a reservation for someone else but to make the payment with my own credit card ?


 What payment methods do you accept ?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact, JCB, CUP, vPay.

 Can I pay by cash ?

Yes. However, a credit card is required to make a reservation online.

 When do you charge the amount of your service on my credit card ?

As soon as your private chauffeur dropped you to your destination.

 Once on board the vehicle, can I change some information about my booking ?

Yes. However, if you want to change certain information such as the destination address, depending on the extra miles or time, extra fees me be applied.

If I have more luggage than  recommended by vehicle category, can I put them on the passengers seats?

No. For security reasons, we do not accept additional luggage than the maximum recommended number per car. We attach a great importance to offer you our services aboard cars under excellent condition. We take no chances to damage the inside of our cars with suitcases.

Therefore, if you are sure that your luggages do not fit in the car, we recommend you to choose a higher category of vehicle.

 If my departure address is the airport, what time do I have to book for the service ?

For the scheduled landing time.

 If my flight is delayed, will I have to pay extra ?

No, no additional fees will be charged in case of delay of your flight.

However, if your flight arrives in time and if for certain reasons you did not meet or call the chauffeur, in the next 60 minutes, after this period extra waiting fees will be applied.

 What should I do once my flight landed ?

You have to meet our driver at the meeting point that we’ve mentioned once your booking was confirmed.

If for any reason you cannot find our chauffeur, you can call directly our company, or the driver.

 Do I get to receive a notification when the driver is on the departure address?

Yes, our system will automatically notify you that the driver is at the pick up point. In the meanwhile we would like to ask our clients to be ready for departure at the scheduled hour.

 I forgot a personal item in the vehicle, how can i recover it?

We strongly advise you to verify that you have all your personal goods before leaving our vehicle. If you have forgotten a personal item in the vehicle, please call us as soon as possible. If it will be found by our driver, we’ll arrange in a very short time to allow you to get it back.

We disclaim any responsibility for lost items in our vehicles.

 For a special event, can I request a champagne in the vehicle  ?

Yes, we’ll be happy to help you to make your event unforgettable. We can arrange to have champagne in the vehicle and also other beverages. Certain fees will be applied for such request(s).

 Can you provide a child seat ?

Yes, however we need to be informed in advance in order to ensure the proper child seat type, depending on age.

 Can we smoke aboard the vehicle ? 

No, it is strictly forbidden to smoke aboard the vehicle as well as the consumption of illegal substances.

 Do you accept pets on board of your vehicles ?

Yes, pets are allowed in your vehicles if they are inside a travel cage.
